Produces a dappled black gloss-matte finish at cone 6, reminiscent of high-fire oil-spot glazes. At cone 10, it transforms into a dark metallic gray.
Pairs well with SW108 Green Tea, SW150 Celadon Bloom, and SW155 Winter Wood.
Stable viscosity; apply 2-3 coats for desired opacity. Thinner applications yield brown hues; thicker ones, black. Wiping back enhances texture. May bubble on speckled clay due to high manganese content.
