1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glazeshare. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Content

Glazeshare allows users to share glaze combinations, photos, and other pottery-related content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the content you share. By uploading User Content, you grant Glazeshare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services. However, you retain ownership of your User Content, and you may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content from the platform, provided it has not already been shared or used by others in a manner that makes revocation impractical. You also agree not to upload any inappropriate, harmful, or copyrighted material that you do not own.

4. Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, review, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. We also use automated tools to ensure that content remains pottery-related and safe for our community.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Glazeshare to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:

• Uploading malicious software or spam.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
• Posting non-pottery-related content or any material that violates the rights of others.

6. Fees and Payment Processing

Certain features, including optional supporter subscriptions and advertiser impression packages, require payment. We process these transactions through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By submitting payment details you authorize GlazeShare and Stripe to charge the applicable amounts, and you agree to Stripe's terms, privacy policy, and receipt delivery practices. Stripe may send receipts or invoices on our behalf. You remain responsible for keeping your billing information accurate so recurring or usage-based charges can be completed without interruption.

7. Advertiser Program and Sponsored Placements

GlazeShare offers a paid advertiser program that surfaces sponsored placements within select areas of the Service, including search results. By purchasing or displaying sponsored placements you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Sponsored content is clearly labeled and may appear alongside organic listings. We reserve the right to adjust placement, pacing, or availability to protect the user experience and ensure policy compliance.
• Delivery of impressions depends on available inventory, targeting, and platform health. GlazeShare does not guarantee a minimum number of impressions within a specific timeframe, and campaigns may be paused, limited, or removed at our discretion.
• Impression packages are prepaid. If a campaign ends with unused impressions, you may request a refund or credit. GlazeShare may approve refunds at its discretion when impressions have not been served, or apply remaining balances as future credits consistent with the GlazeShare Advertiser Agreement.
• Advertisers must review and accept the GlazeShare Advertiser Agreement before submitting campaigns. The agreement governs creative standards, billing, dispute resolution, and enforcement policies and is accessible inside the advertiser console or at glazeshare.com/terms#advertiser-program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Glazeshare, excluding User Content, is the property of Glazeshare or its licensors. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glazeshare at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glazeshare is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or quality of our Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glazeshare and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
