Produces a glossy, dark blue glaze with an orangish brown stain at cone 06, transitioning to an olive green/brown at cone 6 oxidation, breaking over textures.
Pairs well with 1146 TEXTURE SWAMPY, EL-118 Blue Grotto, and CG-962 Blue Azure.
This glaze exhibits significant movement; apply 2-3 coats, allowing each to dry thoroughly. For vertical pieces, reduce glaze thickness towards the bottom third to minimize run-off. Not overglaze compatible. Firing at cone 6 may alter color; testing is recommended.
