Base: Tangelo Inside and out. Three thick layers on outside. Inside is poured. Next: Running Hot Chowder dots three rows. Hot Tamale Stroke and Coat (Mayco) on top of the dots. Third is Blue Rutile x3 layers thick except towards bottom. Make sure the layers are a bit thinner so the combination doesn't run. Suggestion: Place on stilts and kiln washed cookie underneath.
